Diasporic Healing LLC seeks to encourage social work professionals to reflect and deepen their understanding of themselves and the field of social work as changemakers and as human beings. We are dedicated to providing high-quality continuing education for social workers that fosters authentic and purposeful client care and advances health equity, access, and cultural understanding across communities through creating and facilitating professional training, interactive workshops, and critical learning spaces rooted in social justice and collective well-being.
Diasporic Healing [provider number] is approved as an ACE provider to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program for the approval period of [dates]. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit.

Hey! I noticed that the fee for your workshops are at a range. What does that mean?
Thank you for asking! Yes, you observed right, there is indeed a range. In our commitment to increasing access to resources across the many levels in our communities, we have implemented a fee system for our workshops and learning spaces.
The Standard Rate: This is our Solid level.
This rate ensures the ability to host this workshop, and honors the cost of labor and other administrative tasks in creating and providing this workshop. The standard rate invites those who are financially solid and have the budget set aside for their professional and personal development.
Scholarship Rate: This is our Stretch level.
This is for students, interns, and those in which the standard rate feels out of reach right now and are financially stretched. This is a partial scholarship for those experiencing circumstances in which income is less stable or covering the standard rate would increase hardship.
Support and Gift Rate: This is our Space to Give level.
This is above the standard rate, a way to engage in community care and giving through increasing access to those who are not in the space to cover the standard rate. This is a form of distribution of wealth, and encouraged for those with financial capacity to support another in their learning journey.
